Privacy Policy

SIGNR operates at signr.live. We provide A&R feedback tools and educational content for EDM producers. For privacy questions, contact us at support@signr.live.

We collect the following personal data:

• Email address, when you sign up for our newsletter, create an account, or purchase the Playbook.
• Payment data, handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Usage data, anonymised analytics via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data). Vercel Analytics may set a minimal cookie (see Cookie Policy).
• Account data, if you create an account (email and password via Supabase Auth), we store your email, a securely hashed password, and a session token.

Audio files are analyzed and permanently deleted after processing, they are never stored and never used to train AI models. The measurements derived from your audio (such as loudness, frequency balance, and scores) are stored with your account so you can revisit reports, compare versions, and track progress. We may use these measurements in aggregated, anonymized form (never your audio, never identifiable) to improve scoring accuracy and provide statistics such as percentiles.

How long we keep things. Your audio file is deleted as soon as the analysis is finished, as stated above. The measurements and the report built from them are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can revisit and compare your tracks. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing support@signr.live.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

We use the following sub-processors:

• Lemon Squeezy, payment processing, EU VAT compliance, refunds. Acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment data under their own GDPR compliance.
• Resend, email delivery. Your email address is processed by Resend to send the messages you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Railway, audio processing. Your uploaded file is sent here to be measured and is discarded once the measurement is done. It is not stored.
• Anthropic, written analysis. The measurements and the track details you provide are sent to generate the report text. Your audio file is never sent.
• Supabase, authentication and database. Servers in EU region.
• Vercel, hosting and edge functions. EU region where possible.
• Plausible Analytics, privacy-friendly analytics. No personal data collected, no cookies set.

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access, request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion, request we delete your account and associated data
• Correction, request we correct inaccurate data
• Portability, request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection, object to certain types of processing

To exercise these rights, email support@signr.live. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your email address for as long as you are subscribed to our mailing list or have an active account. If you delete your account or unsubscribe, your data is removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by EU tax law (7 years).

We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
