Terms of Service

SIGNR (signr.live) provides track analysis and A&R feedback tools for electronic music producers, alongside educational content including the A&R Playbook (“Playbook”). The analysis tools are available today: a free first check, and paid analyses sold as credits.

By purchasing or accessing any SIGNR product, you agree to these terms.

The A&R Playbook is sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Your purchase grants you:

• Lifetime access to the Playbook content via signr.live
• Access to all future updates to the Playbook
• The right to download PDF cheat sheets for personal use

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or republish Playbook content
• Use the content for commercial training or group courses without written permission

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Playbook. If you're not satisfied, email support@signr.live within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

Analyses and credits. Paid analyses are sold as credits. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request, by emailing support@signr.live. A credit that has been spent on an analysis is used and is not refundable, because the service has been delivered. Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on a digital service. By starting an analysis you ask us to begin during that period, and you accept that the right of withdrawal ends for that analysis once it has run. Credits you have not spent keep the full 14-day right.

All Playbook content, including text, frameworks, scorecard criteria, and research, is the intellectual property of SIGNR. A&R quotes are reproduced for educational purposes under fair use and are attributed throughout.

The Playbook is educational content based on research and publicly available statements from industry professionals. SIGNR does not guarantee any specific outcome, including demo acceptance, label signings, or career advancement.

The same applies to the analysis tools. A SIGNR report describes measured properties of your audio and how they compare with reference profiles, and gives directional guidance. It is not a prediction of whether a label will sign, play, or reply to your track, and label fit percentages are not odds.

SIGNR is not affiliated with any label, A&R, or artist mentioned in the Playbook unless explicitly stated.

Audio files are analyzed and permanently deleted after processing, they are never stored and never used to train AI models. The measurements derived from your audio (such as loudness, frequency balance, and scores) are stored with your account so you can revisit reports, compare versions, and track progress. We may use these measurements in aggregated, anonymized form (never your audio, never identifiable) to improve scoring accuracy and provide statistics such as percentiles.

How long we keep things. Your audio file is deleted as soon as the analysis is finished, as stated above. The measurements and the report built from them are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can revisit and compare your tracks. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing support@signr.live.

SIGNR's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
